Vegan Apple Bread with Nutty Crumble Topping Recipe you'll definitively love



I love this nourishing Fruit love. Every slice of it is satisfying and rich with essential Vitamins. My everyday irresistible Nutrient Rich Apple Bread has this soft Nutty Crumble topping that melts easily in the mouth. This healthy Fruit loaf is made with Apples, Whole-Wheat Flour and other ingredients and completely baked with no Egg, no Butter and no Dairy Milk.

The topping is made with a mix of nutritious Nuts, Applesauce and few other ingredients, with no Butter, no Milk and no Oil. The result of this ultimate mix is a soft Crispy topping that melts easily in the mouth. This is a perfect nourishing homemade Apple loaf that you can easily bake with few ingredients at home.


Store bought Applesauce cannot be compared in anyway with homemade Applesauce, so I always recommend making your quick Applesauce at home. Homemade Applesauce is tasty and you can easily add your own spices, chooses the best fresh Apples and can be refrigerated for a week.


Ingredients:

  • 2 medium fresh Apples

  • 1 fresh Lemon

  • 1 1/2 cups White Flour

  • 1 cup white Whole-Wheat Flour

  • 30g Baking Powder

  • 200ml Vegetable Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup 100% pure Organic Whole Cane Sugar

  • 4 tbsp Soy Milk

  • 6 tbsp Applesauce

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Nutty Crumble Topping

  • 1/4 cup chopped Walnuts

  • 1/4 cup chopped Pecans

  • 1/4 cup chopped Sunflower Seeds

  • 5 tbsp Applesauce

  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 -1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

  1. Grate the Apples and mix with Juice from 1 Lemon.

  2. Drain out the juice from the grated Apples.

  3. Transfer the grated Apples to a large mixing Bowl.

  4. Mix together with all the wet ingredients in the list including the Sugar.

  5. Mix the remaining dry ingredients in a separate Bowl.

  6. Sift the mixture to remove any lumps and for creating a fluffy Batter.

  7. Combine the mixture with the wet ingredients.

  8. Grease a Baking Pan lightly with drops of Vegetable Oil.

  9. Line the Pan bottom with Parchment Paper.

  10. Put I tbsp of Flour into the Pan and give the Pan a gentle shake( I used a 30cm x 11cm Spring-form to bake. If you're using this type of Pan, flouring the Pan might not be necessary because it has a removable bottom.

  11. Mix the ingredients for the Nutty Crumble topping and spread the mixture on top of the Batter.

  12. Top with Walnuts and Almond flakes.

  13. Bake in a preheated Oven at 350° F

  14. Bake for 35 mins-40 mins or until the toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. (Baking time varies, so keep eye on your loaf to avoid much browning)
