Homemade Carrot Juice Recipe to Boost your Immune System and Detox your body

I love the refreshing taste and flavor of this homemade Carrot Juice that is made with Citrus Juice. It's special for summer and a great immune booster Juice to kick start your day and detox your body, This Juice is packed with loads of Vitamins and Minerals, low in calories and carbs and you can easily make it at home with your Blender.
600g fresh Carrots (chopped and soaked for 20 minutes with Juice from 2 Lemons)
5 fresh Tangerines
6 fresh Oranges
1/2- inch fresh Ginger (chopped)
1/4 cup chopped Pineapple
4 Ice Cubes
6 Mint Leaves
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Turmeric
Wash, peel and chop the Carrots
Soak the Carrots with the Juice from 2 Lemons for 20 minutes
Squeeze out the fresh Juice from the Tangerines and Oranges.
Combine the soaked Carrots, Citrus Juice, Ginger, chopped Pineapple, Mint leaves and Blend until smooth
Sieve the Juice and wash your Blender
Pour the Juice into the Blender,
Blend with Mint leaves, Turmeric, ground Nutmeg and Ice Cubes
You can add 1 -2 tsp Maple Syrup for a sweeter Juice (optional)
Sieve the Juice again before serving
Pour the Juice into a Stainless or Glass Container. Keep the Juice in the Refrigerator and drink within 24 hours to get its nutritional qualities and flavor.
