Homemade Apple Pizza Recipe that is Gluten Free and Vegan You'll Love

I love homemade fruit Pizza❤ The taste of this delicious pizza made at home with fresh apples and oatmeal is amazing. It's tasty, healthier and one of the best ever!

Apple Pizza sweetened with organic cane sugar

This Pizza has unbeatable taste, flavorful and easy to make! It is super delicious with the most delicious crispy topping and one of the best family favorite desserts that you can easily make at home with just few simple ingredients.

Apple Pizza Sweetened with Coconut Sugar


INGREDIENTS

Oatmeal Crust:

1 and 1 /2 cups of oat flour

1/4 cup of tapioca starch

1/4 cup of all purpose gluten free flour or regular all purpose four + 3 Tbsp for mixing.

5 - 6 tablespoons of olive oil (add more if necessary)

8 - 9 tablespoons of unsweetened homemade applesauce

1/4 teaspoon of salt



Apple Cinnamon Filling:

1 cup of sliced apples

1/2 cup of diced apples ( you need about 3 medium apples for the filling)

1 teaspoon of cornstarch

2 teaspoons of orange extract

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1/4 cup of chopped dates

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Topping:

1/2 cup of oatmeal flour

1/2 cup of gluten free all purpose flour or regular all purpose flour

1/2 cup of cold plant based butter

4 tablespoons of organic cane sugar or coconut sugar



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the Oven to 350° F

  2. Combine the ingredients for the dough and mix until smooth.

  3. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  4. Grease a 33cm Pzza Pan with Plant Based Butter,

  5. Spread the Dough and press firmly into the Pizza Pan and set aside.

  6. Mix the ingredients for the filling until well combined.

  7. Spread the filling evenly into the Crust and set aside.

  8. Combine the ingredients for the topping and sprinkle the mixture on top of the filling.

  9. Bake for 35 minutes or until lightly browned.

  10. Allow to cool at room temperature for 3 hours before serving.

Prep Time 25 minutes

Cooking Time 35 minutes

Total Time 60 minutes

Servings 8 slices
