Homemade Apple Pizza Recipe that is Gluten Free and Vegan You'll Love
I love making fruit Pizza! The taste of homemade Pizza made with fruit is wonderful but Apple Pizza made with Oatmeal is healthier and simply the best than Pizza made with white flour. This Pizza has unbeatable taste and flavor and easy to make. My Apple Crisp Pizza is super delicious with the best topping and is one of the best family favorite desserts that you can easily make at home with just few simple ingredients.
1 1 /2 cups Oat Flour
1/4 cup Tapioca Starch
1/4 cup All Purpose Gluten Free Flour or All Purpose Flour
5 tbsp Olive Oil
8 tbsp unsweetened homemade Applesauce
1/4 tsp Salt
Apple Cinnamon Filling:
1 cup sliced Apples
1/2 cup diced Apples ( you need about 3 medium Apples for the filling)
1 tsp Cornstarch
2 tsp Orange Extract
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup chopped dates
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup Oatmeal Flour
1/2 cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour or All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup cold Plant Based Butter
4 tbsp Coconut Sugar
Preheat the Oven to 350° F
Combine the ingredients for the Crust and mix until smooth to make the Dough.
Put the Dough in the Refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Grease a 33cm Pizza Pan with Plant Based Butter,
Spread the Dough and press firmly into the Pizza Pan and set aside.
Mix the ingredients for the filling until well combined.
Spread the filling evenly into the Crust and set aside.
Combine the ingredients for the topping and sprinkle the mixture on top of the filling.
Bake for 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
Allow to cool at room temperature for 3 hours before serving.
