Easy Delicious Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl Recipe for Every Day



I love this special and healthy blend of Oatmeal in my Smoothie. I usually make my weekend fruit Smoothie with Oatmeal. Soaking my Oatmeal overnight gives me the exact texture and smoothness that I love most but soaking Oatmeal with Coconut Milk remains the best. The taste and smoothness of the smoothie is always unbeatable. This Vegan homemade Smoothie is Dairy-free and healthy. Even though I used only frozen fruits, you can use a combination of fresh and frozen Fruits or add some Ice cubes to your Smoothie.


Ingredients:

1 tbsp Chia seeds

1 large Banana

1 tbsp Almond Butter

3 cups of frozen Strawberries

7 tbsp Oatmeal

1 cup Coconut Milk


Instructions:

  • Mix 7 tablespoons Oatmeal with 1 cup of Coconut Milk

  • Leave to soak overnight in the Refrigerator,

  • Transfer into a Blender.

  • Mix together with the frozen Fruits and fresh fruits if using.

  • Pour the mixture into a large Bowl and add any topping of your choice, preferably fresh fruits, Nuts and Oatmeal.

  • Allow to chill for some minutes and enjoy.
