Line the Baking Tray with Parchment Paper.
Scoop the dough onto the prepared Baking Tray.
Flatten your Dough balls before baking.
Decorate with roasted chopped Hazelnuts
Bake at a bit lower temperature than usual, a difference of 70° F at least will make a big difference, make sure your rack is positioned in the centre of the Oven to ensure efficient baking,
Bake in a preheated Oven for 13 minutes depending on your Oven, baking time varies so keep eye on your sweet Cookies to prevent burnt Bottom. These Cookies will hold their shapes even in the Oven so don't expect a wide flattened Cookies with this recipe.
Start checking the bottom earlier for browning, you can leave them for extra minutes and check again. The Cookies are done when you notice dull shine, firm edges and golden bottom so keep eye on your Cookies.
