INGREDIENTS

1 cups of fresh green grapes

1 cup fresh red grapes

1 cup of peeled and diced citrus fruits

1 cup of diced persimmons

3 cup of blueberries

1/3 cup of diced pears

1/2 cup of diced apples

1/2 cup of diced pineapples


CITRUS DRESSING


  • 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed mixed citrus juice

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest

  • 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

  • Wash the fresh fruits and cut them in different sizes.

  • Combine 1/2 of the fruits in a large bowl and set aside.

  • Mix the ingredients for the dressing and pour half of the dressing over the salad,

  • Stir to combine and scatter the remaining fruits on top.

  • Pour the remaining dressing over the salad.
