INGREDIENTS
1 cups of fresh green grapes
1 cup fresh red grapes
1 cup of peeled and diced citrus fruits
1 cup of diced persimmons
3 cup of blueberries
1/3 cup of diced pears
1/2 cup of diced apples
1/2 cup of diced pineapples
CITRUS DRESSING
1/2 cup of freshly squeezed mixed citrus juice
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)
1 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Wash the fresh fruits and cut them in different sizes.
