This Creamy perfect Vegan Banana dessert is a delicious Tart that has the real taste and flavor of Banana. The Crust is made with fresh Bananas, filled with Banana pudding and creamy dairy free Coconut Whipped Cream. It's easy to make comfortably at home for family and friends with just few ingredients.
Fresh Bananas: Ripe Bananas are needed for this recipe but not overripe bananas. They tastes so good with fresh Banana flavor. You can easily mash the Bananas with fork and leave the Banana slices for topping. I usually mash the Bananas with 1 to 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed Lemon Juice, Lemon Juice adds flavor and helps to prevent discoloration.
Homemade Organic Powdered Sugar: I used the Organic powdered Sugar comfortably made at home. Pour 1 cup of Pure Organic Cane Sugar into a Blender, and grind with 1 tbsp Organic tapioca until fine and powdered.
Banana Crust: Mash 1-2 fresh Bananas and combine it together with the other Crust ingredients to make a Crust that has real Banana taste and flavor. I usually mash my Bananas with freshly squeezed Lemon Juice!
Banana pudding: The Banana pudding is made with Coconut cream, mashed Bananas, Cornstarch and other ingredients and the taste is super good with Vanilla flavor.
Coconut whipped Cream: This can be easily made with few ingredients. Chill the Coconut Cream overnight in the Refrigerator.
