Immune Boosting Strawberry Juice That will Quench your Taste And Refresh You!



I love Drinking Fresh Strawberry Juice for good reason! It's rich in Vitamin C and other essential Vitamins if you mix other healthy ingredients with the Strawberries. Strawberry Juice is a good source of vitamin C which acts as an antioxidant to protect cells from the damage caused by free radicals and helps to prevent Iron deficiency.

This Super Yummy Juice made with no added Sugar but sweetened with Mango can be easily made at home with a Blender. It is so nourishing and a healthy drink that will quench your taste on a hot Summer afternoon! I made this recipe to serve 4 - 5 people but you can reduce the recipe to suit you. For Example, if you're serving less than 3, you can simply divide the recipe in half and store any leftover in the Refrigerator to chill and enjoy within 48 hours.


INGREDIENTS

1 cup fresh Strawberries

2 cups frozen Strawberries

1/4 cup fresh Basil Leaves

1/2 cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice

1 cup of Water

Ice Cubes


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Use Fresh Strawberries: Wash the Strawberries and put them into a Blender. I recommend using a Power Blender for easy blending.

  2. Add Frozen Strawberries: Remove the frozen Strawberries from the freezer and allow them to sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes if you'r not using a Power Blender.

  3. Mix with Fresh Basil: Combine 1/4 cup of Basil with the other ingredients to boost flavor and add additional nutrient to the Juice.

  4. Blend with Fresh Lemon Juice: Pour 1/2 cup of fresh Lemon Juice into the Blender to aid digestion and support weight loss.

  5. Blend the ingredients until smooth.

  6. Pour into Glasses and serve with Ice Cubes
