I love this everyday delicious and nutrient dense avocado salad so much! This fresh salad is one of my best weekly salad recipes. The combination of diced avocados. fresh nutritious leafy greens and pomegranate arils gives this salad a unique yummy taste that would make anyone to prepare this salad regularly.

This nutrient dense healthy salad is not only yummy but packed with the goodness of essential vitamins and tossed in lime dressing that is dairy-free, low calorie, tasty and bursting with fresh lime flavor. This special healthy salad can be prepared easily at home in less than 10 minutes. You can use any dressing for this salad, but I would highly recommend the perfect taste and flavor of lime dressing.


  • 4 ripe avocados (diced)

  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup of fresh parsley

  • 1/2 - 1 cup of arugula

  • 1 medium cucumber (diced)

  • 4 radishes (chopped)


  • 3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of lime zest

  • 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar


  1. Wash, slice and chop the Veggies.

  2. Peel and dice the avocados

  3. Combine the ingredients together.

  4. Mix the ingredients for the dressing dressing separately.

  5. Toss the salad with the lime dressing and serve Immediately.
