EPIC AVOCADO SALAD RECIPE with CREAMY GREEN GODDESS DRESSING


I love this everyday delicious and nutrient dense avocado salad so much! This fresh salad is one of my best weekly salad recipes. The combination of ripe avocados. fresh nutritious leafy greens and healthy green dressing gives this salad a unique yummy taste that would make anyone to prepare this salad regularly. #avocadosaladrecipes


INGREDIENTS

4 ripe avocados (diced & chopped)

1 Low sodium canned corn

2 cups of freshly chopped parsley

1 cup of chopped green onion

2 cups of chopped red sweet peppers

1/4 cup of chopped white onion

1/4 cup of chopped red onion

1 cup of massaged and chopped kale

1 tablespoon of dried mixed herbs (topping)

2 cups of lettuce #avocadosalad


CREAMY GREEN GODDESS DRESSING

3/4 cup of coconut yogurt

1/4 cup of fresh chopped chives

1 inch piece of fresh ginger

3 tablespoons of lime juice or lemon juice

1 teaspoon of lime zest

1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper

1/4 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup of parsley

1/4 cup of fresh basil

1/4 cup of diced avocado


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash, peel, slice and dice the avocados.

  2. Wash and chop the ingredients as needed

  3. Massage the kale for about 3 minutes before placing it for cutting on a chopping board.

  4. Combine the ingredients together.

  5. Use an electric mixer to blend the ingredients for the dressing until smooth.

  6. Serve the salad Immediately with the delicious dressing and enjoy. #plantbasedfood



ZESTY AVOCADO SALAD WITH LIME DRESSING

This nutrient dense healthy salad is not only yummy but packed with the goodness of essential vitamins and tossed in lime dressing that is dairy-free, low calorie, tasty and bursting with fresh lime flavor. This special healthy salad can be prepared easily at home in less than 10 minutes. You can use any dressing for this salad, but I would highly recommend the perfect taste and flavor of lime dressing. #healthysalad


SALAD INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ripe avocados (diced)

  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup of fresh parsley

  • 1/2 - 1 cup of arugula

  • 1 medium cucumber (diced)

  • 4 radishes (chopped)

LIME DRESSING

  • 3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of lime zest

  • 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar #food

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash, slice and chop the Veggies.

  2. Peel and dice the avocados

  3. Combine the ingredients together.

  4. Mix the ingredients for the dressing dressing separately.

  5. Toss the salad with the lime dressing and serve Immediately. #salad
