INGREDIENTS FOR THE CRUST

1/2 cup of rolled oats

1/2 cup of unsalted cashew nuts

1/3 cup of walnuts

1/4 cup of pecans

1 cup of pitted dates

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix the ingredients for the crust in a food processor until well combined and smooth.

  • Refrigerate the crust for about 4 hours or bake it for about 10 minutes.
