INGREDIENTS FOR THE CRUST
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of unsalted cashew nuts
1/3 cup of walnuts
1/4 cup of pecans
1 cup of pitted dates
1 teaspoon of coconut oil

FILLING
5 cups of strained coconut yogurt

TOPPING
Fruits

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the ingredients for the crust in a food processor until well combined and smooth.
No Sugar Crust Put the dough in a tart pan and distribute evenly.
Press dough firmly into all corners of the pan.
Refrigerate the crust for about 4 hours or bake it for about 10 minutes.
No Bake Crust Strain the yogurt with a cheesecloth for 3 - 4 hours before adding it to the pie crust.
Yogurt Filling Use berries and your favourite fruits as topping.
Fruit Topping Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
