5 cups of diced apples

2 cups of diced ripe avocados

2 cups of baby spinach

1 cup of sliced celery

1/4 cup of walnuts

1/4 cup of dried cranberries

1/4 cup of raisins

1/4 cup of pecans

Citrus Dressing

1/2 cup of mixed citrus juice

1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of maple syrup

1 tablespoon of yellow mustard


Lime, tangerine and lemon slices.


  1. Wash and cut the apples and place them on a cutting board.

  2. Dice the apples and avocados and combine them together with other salad ingredients.

  3. Mix the salad dressing ingredients separately in a medium bowl and pour over the salad.

4 cups of chopped apples

1/2 cup of grated cucumber

1/4 cup of chopped raisins

1 bunch of fresh lettuce

1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil


  1. Wash the lettuce, put it in a medium bowl and set aside.

  2. Combine the salad ingredients together in a separate bowl.

  3. Add the extra virgin olive oil and toss until combined.

  4. Pour the mixed salad into the prepared lettuce bowl.

  5. Sprinkle lemon juice and enjoy fresh.
