I made this recipe to serve 5- 6 people but you can reduce or increase the ingredients to suit you! If you're serving less than 3 people, you can simply divide the recipe in half and store any leftover in the refrigerator to chill and enjoy preferably within 24 hours.
Strawberry Mixed Fruit Smoothie
3 cups of fresh Strawberries
I medium ripe banana (peeled and sliced)
1 kiwi (peeled and sliced)
2 teaspoons of chia seeds
1/2 cup of coconut yogurt
Mango Mixed Fruit Smoothie 1 large mango 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric 1 medium banana 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash, cut the fruits and put them into a blender.
Add 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt or any dairy free yogurt with the other nutrient rich ingredients to boost flavor and add additional nutrient to the smoothies.
You can add freshly squeezed orange juice to your smoothies to enhance the taste and flavors.
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Pour smoothie into glasses and serve Immediately
