I love this everyday crunchy Nutrient Dense Waldorf Salad so much. This Salad has remained one of my best Salads, which I prepare mostly on weekly basis. The combination of Fruits, leafy greens and Nuts gives this Salad a unique yummy taste that would make anyone to prepare this Salad regularly.

This immune booster crunchy Salad is loaded with Veggies. Fruits and Nuts. Vitamins from Fruits, Vegetables and Nuts are incredibly important because thy perform hundreds of roles in the body and this nutrient dense fresh Salad is not only yummy but packed with the goodness of essential Vitamin E , A and Vitamin C.

The Orange dressing for this Dairy-Free, low Calorie and Vegan Salad. is tasty and bursting with Orange flavor. This special healthy Salad can be prepared easily at home in less than 10 minutes. You can use another dressing for this Salad but I prefer this Orange dressing and would highly recommend it, the flavor is special.


Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh Red Apple

  • 1 fresh Green Apple

  • 1 stick Celery

  • 1/4 cup Walnuts

  • 1/4 cup Green Grapes

  • 1/4 cup Red Grapes

  • 1 cup Lettuce

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 3 -5 tablespoons Vegan Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley

  • 1/4 cup dry Cranberries

  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Dates


Orange Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons Vegan Mayo

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice

  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Wash, slice and chop the Veggies and Fruits.

  2. Chop the nuts.

  3. Combine the ingredients together.

  4. Mix the ingredients for the dressing separately.

  5. Pour half of the dressing over the Salad and mix together.

  6. Use the leftover ingredients for topping.

  7. Pour the remaining dressing into a small Bowl and use it for your Salad.
