Lemon Bread You'll Love For Breakfast
I love this delicious bread that is bursting with pure lemon flavor, it's perfect for breakfast and dinner! 1/2 cup unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 cup fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 cup melted plant based Butter
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 tablespoons Lemon Zest
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1/2 cup Organic Cane Sugar
3/4 cup Soy Milk..
2 cups All purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Unsweetened Homemade Applesauce
All Purpose Flour
Preheat the oven to 350° F
Squeeze out the juice from 2 fresh Lemons, you need just 1/4 cup of the juice
Whisk the wet ingredients with electric mixer or hand mixer. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients together and combine with the wet ingredients.
Mix until well combined and smooth. Grease a standard loaf pan with butter and flour the pan or use a baking spray.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Cool bread at room temperature and wrap bread tightly in plastic wrap or foil. The bread will remain fresh for the first couple of days.
