I love drinking Kale green juice not just for breakfast but anytime of the day. This fresh juice is a mix of kale leaves with freshly squeezed citrus juice and it's perfect not just for breakfast but anytime of the day to detoxify and keep you healthy. I recommend adding freshly squeezed juice from varieties of citrus fruits with loads of vitamins c for a refreshing and perfect taste!


Kale: This healthy vegetable is rich in antioxidants, a good source of vitamin k and contains vitamin c and other beneficial vitamins to boost our immune system.



Citrus fruits: They are rich in vitamin c and will add extra sweetness and flavor when combined with kale leaves.


INGREDIENTS

  • 7 Oranges

  • 1 Grapefruit

  • 1 Blood Orange

  • 3 Lemons

  • 6 Tangerines

  • 2 Limes

  • 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)

  • 3 1/2 cups Kale

METHOD

  1. Wash and remove the kale stems.

  2. Combine the ingredients together and blend until smooth with a blender.

  3. Serve immediately or chill and serve within 24 hours
