Homemade Immune Booster Celery Lemonade Recipe For Your Good Health

I love this Refreshing homemade lemonade drink that you can easily make at home with few ingredients, it is so refreshing! This healthy immune boosting Lemonade is made with celery and some nutritious fruits that are packed with antioxidants and necessary nutrients to refresh your body.



INGREDIENTS

1 cup fresh Grapes

8 fresh Lemons

600mls cold Water (add more water if necessary)

1 bunch of fresh Celery

1 fresh Pear

3 Ice Cubes

2 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash the fresh celery, chop and blend the celery until smooth with the blender to make celery juice.

  2. Pour the juice through a Mesh Strainer to get a pure celery juice and set aside.

  3. Squeeze out the juice from 8 fresh lemons. use the juice immediately or Keep juice to chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.

  4. Wash the blender and pour the celery juice into blender. add the other ingredients and mix until smooth.

  5. Pour the juice through a Mesh Strainer and repeat again to get rid of small pieces.

  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate and enjoy preferably the same day because homemade drinks and juices are not pasteurized.
