Healthy Dessert Fruit Pizza With Oatmeal Crust You'll Love

1 and 1/4 cup of quick oats
1 cup of all purpose flour
3 tablespoons of coconut sugar
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of room temperature butter
400g of coconut Yogurt (strain the yogurt)
1 teaspoon of vanilla paste or vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of organic cane sugar
4 tablespoons of chia seeds (add more for a thick filling)
Preheat the oven to 350° F, mix together the oats, flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and butter until combined.
Press the dough onto a large 16 inch pizza pan, bake it in the oven for about 15 minutes and let it cool completely at room temperature.
Whisk the yogurt with chia seeds, add organic cane sugar, vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate the yogurt filling for at least 6 hours before adding it to the crust.
Spread the filling on top of the healthier pizza crust and add your favorite fruits as topping.
Cover and refrigerate again for about 45 minutes before serving.
