Healthy Avocado Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie you'll love to start your day with.

I love this ultimate delicious blend of Avocados and Strawberries! The taste is amazing. Waking up and starting your day with a refreshing smoothie made with Avocados and Strawberries will help you to start your day off right and keep you fit all day.

This Smoothie is simple and delicious for the morning rush and it takes less than five minutes to blend the ingredients that are needed to make this awesome Smoothie.


Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups (600g) fresh diced Strawberries

  2. 2 1/2 cups fresh diced Avocados- you need 2 ripe Avocados

  3. 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

  4. 200ml cold Coconut Milk

  5. 5 fresh Mint leaves

  6. 2-3 Ice cubes

  7. 1 teaspoon Chia seeds


  • I strongly recommend freshly squeezed Lemon juice for this recipe, you can add up to 3 tablespoons for a thinner Smoothie.

  • To dice the Strawberries, begin with slicing the Strawberries in half, place the cut side down on a cutting board, then slice into 4 pieces.

  • Adding Mint leaves is optional but healthy and will help to enhance the flavor of this awesome Smoothie.


Storage: Fill your leftover Smoothie in a glass Container with airtight lid to the very top to prevent air from being trapped in the Container and to retain the nutrients, keep in the Fridge for 1-2 days and enjoy fresh as much as possible.
