I love this everyday delicious & nutrient dense green salad recipe so much! This Salad is one of my favorite salads which I prepare mostly on weekly basis. The combination of leafy greens and grapes gives this salad a unique yummy taste that would make anyone to prepare this salad regularly.
This immune booster fresh salad is loaded with veggies and sweet grapes. Vitamins from fruits and vegetables are incredibly important because they perform hundreds of roles in the body and this nutrient dense fresh salad is not only yummy but packed with the goodness of essential Vitamin E , A and Vitamin C.
Salad Ingredients:
1 cup of diced apples
1/4 cup of fresh rosemary
1 cup of diced avocados
1/3 cup chopped lettuce
1 cup chopped arugula
1 cup of broccoli
1 cup of sliced & diced cucumber
1/2 cup of parsley
1/2 - 1 cup of grapes
Orange Vinaigrette
1/4 cup of freshly squeezed Orange Juice
1 teaspoon of orange zest
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons of yellow mustard
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Wash, slice and chop the Veggies.
Wash the grapes.
Combine the ingredients together.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing separately.
Pour half of the dressing over the salad and mix together.
Use the leftover ingredients for topping.
Pour the remaining dressing into a small bowl and use it for your salad.
