Enriched Vegan Mango-Flax Bread Recipe with No Added Sugar for your Good Health

This is a Bread without Yeast that you will definitely love.

Fresh Mangoes and Flaxseeds are the main ingredients you need to start making your quick Mango-Flax Bread. This easy to make tasty Homemade enriched Loaf is packed with beneficial Vitamins that will add nutrients to your body.


  • 1/2 cup Flaxseed (Linseed)

  • 3 medium ripe Mangoes

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour

  • 1/2 cup melted Coconut Oil

  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp Ginger Powder

  • 7 dates


  1. Preheat your Oven to 350° F

  2. Peel the Mangoes and chop them for easy blending.

  3. Combine the chopped Mangoes with dates in a Blender to make fresh Mango puree

  4. Blend until smooth and set aside.

  5. Combine and Whisk the Mango Puree together with the wet ingredients.

  6. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate Bowl and combine with the wet ingredients

  7. Whisk together and set aside.

  8. Grease a standard size Loaf Pan and pour Batter into it.

  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until Toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean

  10. Allow to cool for 5 to 6 hours before cutting


Homemade Breads are made without preservatives so wrap your Bread tightly with foil or store in airtight plastic bag and enjoy within 48 hours at room temperature.
