Drinking just a cup of Mint Juice will refresh you for the day! I love adding Mint Leaves to my homemade Juice. Adding Mint leaves in our drinks is a good way to support our digestive health and at the same time adding Mint flavor and taste which is special for most people. This family favorite refreshing Juice with so many health benefits is made with bunches of Mint leaves with other healthy ingredients, sweetened with fresh Pineapple, some teaspoons of Maple Syrup and the taste is super good. This fresh Juice is easy and quick to make at home with your Blender.
INGREDIENTS
3 cups of Mint Leaves (about 3 bunches)
1/4 tsp Matcha Powder
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 cup chopped Pineapple
3 fresh Lemons
2 cups of Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Squeeze out the Juice from the fresh Lemons. You need just 1 cup.
Wash the Mint Leaves thoroughly.
Wash, peel and chop the Pineapple
Combine all the ingredients in a Blender and blend until smooth.
You can add more Water or more Lemon Juice.
Maple Syrup is optional, you can add more chopped Pineapple and reduce the quantity of Maple Syrup or add another sweetener.
Line a Strainer with a Coffee filter and pour in the Juice or simply use a Sieve to filter the Juice (watch Video)
Serve the Juice with ice cubes.
