Easy Homemade Grape Juice - (Healthy and Simple)

HOW TO MAKE GRAPE JUICE WITH A BLENDER

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of fresh red grapes

  • 1 fresh lemon

  • 1 fresh lime

Instructions

  • Wash the grapes thoroughly and remove the stems.

  • Put them in the blender, add freshly squeezed lemon juice and lime juice.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Set the strainer or cheesecloth in a large bowl, then pour the juice into the strainer. Push the pulp with a spoon to squeeze out the juice.

  • Repeat again to get rid of the smaller pieces. Enjoy your juice immediately.

HOW TO MAKE BOILED GRAPE JUICE

Ingredients

  • 3 cups green grapes

  • 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh ginger

  • 1 -2 cups of water

Instructions

  • Wash the grapes and place them in a saucepan.

  • Cover the grapes with water and heat them over medium heat.

  • Mash the grapes with potato masher, reduce to low heat and simmer for 7 minutes.

  • Allow the juice to cool and pour into a strainer.

  • Strain to get rid of the pulp and enjoy your fresh juice immediately.

How To Store Grape Juice

Pour homemade grape juice into plastic containers or jars and cover tightly with lids. Refrigerate the juice and enjoy within 48 hours.
