My yummy Mango Lemon Tart with fresh Fruit Topping is completely a Plant based Fruit Tart without Butter. This Tart has a perfect sweet Crust that is filled with rich healthy Mango Lemon filling without Egg and topped with fresh healthy fruits.


Ingredients for the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups All purpose Flour

  • 1 tbsp granulated Sugar

  • 5 tbsp cold Lemon Juice

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 130ml Coconut Oil


Mango Lemon filling:

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1 cup diced Mangoes

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest

  • 1/4 cup granulated Sugar

  • 2 tbsp Almond Milk

  • 4 tbsp Cornstarch
