A Healthy Start with Berry Coconut Breakfast Smoothie Bowl Recipe


Starting your day with a small Bowl of this delicious smoothie is simple and not just the perfect easy delicious breakfast that you can easily make at home but a great way to boost you energy to help you keep fit all day. This yummy and Quick Berry Coconut Smoothie Bowl is easy to make and perfect for Summer. This is a Simple Breakfast treat that can take about 5 minutes to make!


Making this Smoothie is as simple as throwing all your ingredients in a Blender and mixing until smooth. You can decorate your Smoothie with your favorite toppings. This amazing Bowl is packed with healthy and natural ingredients and just the perfect Breakfast to start your day and a filling easy Breakfast for family.


INGREDIENTS 2 cups of frozen Strawberries

1 cup of frozen Raspberries

200ml Coconut Cream

2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds


TOPPINGS

Coconut Flakes

Kiwi Slices

Fresh Mangoes (Cut out some fun star shapes from fresh Mangoes and add them as topping)


INSTRUCTIONS

Frozen Strawberries and Raspberries; Cut the Red Berry Fruit into bite-sized chunks and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Space the fruits evenly and freeze them.


Add Coconut Cream: Coconut cream is necessary for this recipe. It is creamy and not the same as normal Coconut Milk. Allow it to chill for at least 4 hours in the Refrigerator. Shake it before using.


Blend together with Chia Seeds: Chia Seeds has high fiber and protein content and the perfect addition that make this Smoothie healthier and can help you lose weight. You can add from 1-2 tablespoons for a filling Breakfast.


Combine the ingredients in a Power Blender and blend until Smooth. (Keep the frozen Fruits for about 10 minutes at room temperature for easier blending)

Pour the Smoothie into a Bowl and decorate with whichever toppings you desire.
