I love this delicious Strawberry Cake made with reduced Strawberry puree, delicious Buttercream frosting and decorated with fresh Strawberries. This Cake is ideal for Celebration and the best for afternoon tea. If you're decorating the Cake with Fruits, allow the Cake with frosting to chill in the Refrigerator for 10 minutes and chill again after decorating the Cake to harden the frosting. Cake with fresh fruits should be eaten within 24 hours for the best unless you're not decorating the Cake with Fruits.This Cake tastes so delicious and special for every Occasion.


  • 3 1/2 cups All purpose Flour

  • 1 cup unsalted Butter

  • 3/4 cup granulated Sugar

  • 5 tablespoons reduced Strawberry puree

  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 cup whole Milk

  • 4 large Eggs at room temperature

  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon ground Almonds

  • 3 tablespoons Baking Powder

Buttercream frosting:

  • 1 cup unsalted Butter

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 4 cups Confectioners' Sugar

  • 4 tablespoons Milk

How to make Easy Strawberry Puree for this Recipe

  1. Blend 2 cups fresh Strawberries with the Fruit Mixer until smooth.

  2. Pour the puree in a Saucepan and stir constantly until reduced and thick.

  3. Allow to cool before mixing with the other ingredients.
