Easy fresh No-Bake Avocado Pie Recipe
Updated: Feb 8, 2021

I love Avocados and enjoy trying out new recipes with this delicious fruit. I enjoy eating No bake Avocado Pie and I think that is the way it should be to preserve their rich nutrients. I usually make Avocado Pie all year round but this Cereal Pie Crust with fresh Avocado filling is a nutritious breakfast to keep fit for the day. The flavor and taste is perfect and can be enjoyed for family breakfast or dinner. This Pie is best eaten fresh after refrigerating for 45 minutes. If you keep it for a longer time, you will notice browning. Sprinkle Lemon juice on the top to delay browning but I still recommend enjoying it fresh for the best.
Cereal Pie Crust: I used puffed Breakfast Cereal. Grind 3 cups of puffed breakfast Cereal and you will have around 2 cups of ground Cereal to use. You can use the popular Rice Krispies Cereal for this.
Filling: Mash 3 Avocados until smooth or blend with the fruit mixer for a smooth puree before mixing it with the other ingredients.
Storage: Cover and Refrigerate immediately for 45 minutes and enjoy it fresh.
